Dan Du Vall has lived in the Valley since 1963 and has been appraising since 2002. He was trained by a General Appraiser!
Dan's territory include all of Maricopa County and most of Pinal County
Maricopa: Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Sun City, Sun Lakes, Carefree, Surprise, Buckeye, Glendale, Tempe, Whittman, Anthem, and Goodyear
Pinal: Casa Grande, Maricopa, Johnson Ranch, Gold Canyon, Florence, Coolidge, and Arizona City
